OneDotAll© Launches Free Student Skills Development Tool, Driven by the Curriculum and Essential Skills

OneDotAll® is a student skills development tool, that supports the development of not just curriculum outcomes, but essential skills that are needed for young people to succeed in the future.

Too many students leave education without essential skills to be employable and without the understanding and aspiration to find a career they can be inspired by. OneDotAll® see education as the cornerstone of society and young people as the heartbeat of those communities. Offering every young person the chance to succeed, make a difference and be happy, is something they strive for every day.

The OneDotAll® vision is to provide a structure and network by which all students can reach their potential. OneDotAll® strives to make the world a better place to be, by creating insight into skills, interest in developing them and inclusion for all.

As an online portal, OneDotAll® enables teachers to assess and track the skills of the students across various projects, using life skills mapped to the curriculum for primary and lower secondary to develop their interests and prepare students for the real world of work.

The OneDotAll® skills development tool provides teachers with an easy to use, intuitive means to plan classroom projects, assess projects using curriculum outcomes and life skills, view assessments and track progress for individual students or the class as a whole. Teachers can access a wide range of exciting ‘pick up and go’ award winning projects by Primary Engineer®, such as STATWARS® or If You Were An Engineer What Would You Do?, as well as regional projects or projects created by other teachers. About OneDotAll©

We strongly believe in an a wholly inclusive education system, and we want to work alongside schools, government, communities and industry partners to make that a reality. OneDotAll® provides teachers with a skills development tool, to provide their students with an opportunity to become lifelong learners, focusing on areas of interest, their talents and their needs. We believe that this will produce reflective learners who are enthusiastic, adaptable, curious, resilient problem solvers. People who would be looking for professional networks to continue their own development and understanding.

In 2013 the idea was born for OneDotAll®. At that time the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, The University of Strathclyde and WEIR Group provided the funding and support to enable the OneDotAll® to pilot and establish. Learn more in About Us.
